1. Radiator Over Heating Poor Coolant Flow Clean Radiator External/Internal
    Tubes Blocked  
    Air Passage Clogged  
    Electric Fan not functioning Check fuse thermostat
    Fan belt broken Replace Belt/Fan Assembly
    Fan Blades Damaged  
    Excessive rust in Engine Block  
    Leakage in Radiator Hose Tighten clamps, Check Hose deteriorated, cracked, Replace.
    Malfunctioning Pressure Cap Remove Radiator Cap/Clean in Soap Water to remove dirt. Pull bottom Vacuum Plate to relieve any spring stickness. Push Cap by holding at the bottom to relieve the main pressure spring or simply replace with manufacturer specified rated Cap
      Replace
2. Improper Air Flow Restriction by clogged Condenser Clean by using low pressure air
    Broken/Bent fan Blade Tighten pulley, change belt
Replace Fan assembly
    Clogged Radiator Fin Clean with light pressure water and air
    Fan collector cracked/removed Improper Re-align/Tighten
3. Engine Timing Bad Tuning Tune Regularly
4. Brake Lining Binding Brakes Adjust and check regularly
5. Exhaust Muffler/Catalytic Convertor    
6. Air-Conditioning Improper fitment/Obstruction in Air flow  
7. Over Cooling Improper Sensors, Gauges Clean/Replace
8. Thermostat Stuck to open position Check at Regular Intervals
9. External Leakage Engine Drain Plugs Replace
    Gaskets Change
    Hose and Clamps Inspect and Change
